1. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact, including the original shipping container. The product should be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Condition of Goods: If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original, resalable condition.
3. Return Transit: SIF is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipment. We recommend using a reliable courier and ensuring the package is properly secured.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and will be completed within 7 working days after confirmation.
5. Damaged or Defective Products: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product was damaged or defective before delivery to you. If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
